We don’t ask for, or want, more than we need to quote and carry out your move.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a written quote.
- To contact you about your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and carry out your move.
- To keep basic records of work we’ve quoted or completed, as any business must.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us
Quote-form submissions are sent securely to our own lead system so the team can respond. The form uses spam protection to prevent automated abuse; that check processes limited technical data solely to tell humans from bots.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages are useful and how the site performs. This tells us about traffic patterns, not individuals, and it’s loaded so as not to slow the site down.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, where a move goes ahead, to meet our obligations and keep sensible business records. When information is no longer needed, we remove it.
Your rights
